Where do we deliver?
The majority of UK post codes are covered by the shipping rules set in our websites shipping cost calculator. For package deliveries which are lightweight and handled by one person, JE and GY postcodes are not calculated by the website, any orders fitting these criteria will not be processed, and any money paid will be refunded as soon as possible. For larger, palletised deliveries, the following postcodes are not calculated by the website, any orders fitting these criteria will not be processed, and any money paid will be refunded as soon as possible: JE, GY, DD, IV, KW, PA, KA, HS, KW, ZE, PH, AB, BT, PO, IM.
How much does delivery cost?
Many of our products come with free delivery as standard, however some products require an additional delivery charge. For locations outside of our couriers standard delivery service this charge may increase. All delivery charges for deliveries to postcodes not mentioned in the 'Where do we deliver' section will be removed if the basket price is above £300.
When will you receive your items?
Most products will be delivered within a 3-7 working day window. Some products on our website are made to order, for these items delivery can be 10-20 working days. In very rare cases, for some larger and more complex purchases, a built-to-order item will have a 6+ week lead time. Always contact us before purchase to get an estimated delivery timeframe if delivery of your item is time sensitive.
How will you receive your items?
Smaller items which weigh less than 30kg will be delivered as a parcel. Heavier or larger items which are too bulky to be safely transported by 1 person will require a palletised delivery.
Who will deliver your items?
The majority of our deliveries are fullfilled by Tuffnells parcel express. Depending on the delivery location we may utilise other delivery companies to fulfil your delivery.
What to do if you haven't received your item within the expected delivery time frame
If you have been advised of a tracking number or delivery company, try to contact them initially. If you have not received such information, call us on 01952 273888, mon-fri 8:30am - 5:00pm, and we will investigate further.
What to do if there is a problem with delivery
Ideally, call us before the delivery vehicle has left your premises and we may be able to resolve the issue quickly. If the product has been damaged in transit and is no longer fit for use, do not accept the delivery and contact us to resolve the failed delivery.
Standard goods will only be accepted for return after prior agreement with us and within 14 days of receipt. A handling charge may be imposed which will vary dependent on the condition of the goods when returned. Carriage charges for the outward journey plus the return of standard goods are payable by the purchaser. Bespoke goods manufactured specially for a customer will not be eligible for return.
Always supply a contact phone number that you will be able to answer on the day of delivery.
When relevent, don't book fitters until you have received the product(s), as while delayed deliveries are rare, sometimes delays outside of our control can happen. In such cases we cannot be held liable for the cost of the fitters failed appointment.
