Standard Wide Aisle Pallet Racking
Standard and wide aisle racking systems solve most warehouse storage requirements. They are versatile and easy to disassemble and reassemble. Wider aisles allow for the use of any forklift type, and allow for immediate access to stock.
Highly versatile
Any type of forklift access
Easy to assemble
All types of pallets
Immediate access
Stores a high quantity of SKUs
Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
Narrow aisles ensure maximum space availability for the racking, so you get the maximum storage space with immediate access. The downside being that you will require a forklift designed for narrow aisles in order to access the higher levels.
High utilisation of space
Fast access to all products
Flexible height and depth of shelving
Requires a specialised forklift
Drive in Pallet Racking
A compact storage system which is perfect for storing large quantities of the same item, where the product does not require stock rotation. Since the racking system is wide enough for a truck to drive through, there is less warehouse space wasted on operating aisles.
Maximises floor space and height
For storing large numbers of the same SKU
Low stock rotation
Minimises the operating aisles for trucks
Mobile Pallet Racking
A compact design but with easy access to all products by moving the racks electronically. Has a larger set-up cost, but the benefits are huge, especially when space is limited such as in cold storage areas.
High stock rotation
Direct access to all pallets
High optimisation of floor space
Stores a high quantity of SKUs
Perfect for cold storage
Larger set-up costs
Live Storage Pallet Racking
Pallet flow and Push-back systems utilise space efficiently, also ensuring there is always one pallet easily available. The pallets move on rollers, assisted by gravity, to the front of the pallet queue for ease of access. Best used with a high number of similar products.
Pallet flow - FIFO - Assists stock rotation
Push back - LIFO - Low stock rotation
Ensures easy access to pallets
High utilisation of space
Shuttle Pallet Racking System
Compact and semi-automated storage, an electronic assisted solution to storing large quantities of the same sku. Shuttles pull stock to the front for easy access and automatically count stock to assis inventory control. No aisles mean better utilisation of space.
For storing large numbers of the same SKU
Maximises floor space and height
Assists inventory control
Battery powered shuttles pull pallets forward
No Aisles
Low stock rotation
Automated System For Pallets
Automatic storage and retrieval systems increase productivity due to their fast response times, and reduce the amount of manual labour required. They are highly reliable and have a high utilisation of space. Also assists with stock control by tracking the remaining pallet quantities.
High utilisation of floor area
Increases productivity
High reliability
Fast response times
Assists stock control
Shuttle operated
Automated System For Smaller Products
Automatic storage and retrieval systems for smaller products make collecting large number of smaller skus a much faster taks. One trained operative can perform the task of several.
